What do you need from my child’s photo?
A clear photo of your child’s face, in good light, with no filters and only one child in it. If we need a clearer photo, we’ll get in touch. Every page goes through an automatic quality check before delivery.
How much is shipping for the printed book?
Shipping is SAR 20, added to the price of the printed book.
When does the PDF book arrive?
Your PDF book arrives on WhatsApp within 24 hours at most.
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can complete your order and pay without creating an account.
What if I don’t like the drawings?
We redraw any page you don’t like, free, within 7 days of receiving the book. Contact us and tell us what you’d like changed.
Can I see it and adjust it before I pay?
Of course. You see two pages of your child’s book for free before you pay, and those two pages are part of the final book. We redraw any page you don’t like, free, and you don’t need an account to order.
What happens to my child’s photo?
We use the photo to make their book and delete photos automatically within 7 days, without you having to ask. Read more in our privacy policy.
Can I order for more than one child in the same order?
Of course, up to 4 children in one order with a single payment. Each child gets their own book with their name and photo, and the second book is 20% off.
Can I get a refund after paying?
The book is personalized for your child and drawn fresh just for them, so it can’t be refunded after payment. If you don’t like any page, we redraw it free under the correction guarantee, and the express delivery fee is refunded if we miss its deadline.
