Who we are
Noori Books is a service owned and operated by Aletheic LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States of America, which is responsible for your data.
What information we collect
We collect your child's name and gender to prepare the book, their photo to draw the hero, and your email, WhatsApp number and name to send the book and complete payment. Your card details are processed entirely by our payment provider Stripe and never pass through our servers. When you use a discount code, we keep its usage details (the code, the related order and the IP address) to detect abuse and fraud.
Children's photos
You, as the parent or guardian, upload your child's photo and confirm that you have the right to use it. We use the photo only to prepare the coloring book and delete it automatically from our servers within 7 days of upload. We never share it with any third party for their own purposes, and never use it for marketing, to train any system, or for any other purpose.
How we use your data
We use your data only to fulfil your order, deliver the book and provide support. By giving us your mobile number you agree to receive WhatsApp messages related to our service: the verification code, the preview link, order updates and reminders to complete your order. You can stop these messages at any time by contacting us. We never sell your data.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum data needed with service providers who help us run the store: payment processing, secure hosting, and sending the book by email and WhatsApp. Some of these providers may process data outside your country. We never sell your data or share it for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We delete children's photos within 7 days of upload, and the book download link stays valid for 30 days. We keep the print files needed to complete any printed copy you are owed until it is fulfilled, while the original photo of the child is still deleted within 7 days. We keep only the minimum basic order data needed for accounting and legal records.
Your rights and choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by contacting us, and we will act on your request.
Security
All data travels over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and payment is processed entirely by Stripe. We follow reasonable measures to protect your data, noting that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Children
This service is intended for adults and parents or guardians. We do not collect data directly from children; the parent or guardian enters the child's details and photo on their behalf.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, and we will publish any change on this page and update the «Last updated» date at the top.
