Who we are and acceptance of these terms

Noori Books is a brand owned and operated by Aletheic LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States of America, referred to in these terms as «we». By using the store or completing a purchase you agree to these terms.

The product

The Noori Books coloring book is a personalized digital product (a PDF file) that we prepare for your child from their name and photo, and it is the core product of every order. When ordering you can add an optional printed copy of the same book, which we print and ship to the address you give us within the available countries, for the copy price and shipping fee shown to you before payment. We start printing only after you have reviewed and approved your digital copy.

Eligibility and photos

You must be an adult and the child's parent or guardian, or authorised by them. By uploading the child's photo you confirm that you have the right to use it to prepare the book.

Ordering, preview and delivery

You see a preview of your child's name on the cover before paying. After payment we prepare the book automatically, and every page goes through an automatic quality check before delivery within hours, with a faster delivery option available for the digital copy for an extra fee. If you add a printed copy, once the book is ready we send you an invitation to review and approve your copy, and printing and shipping start only after you approve.

Prices and payment

The price shown is final and paid once, with no hidden fees. If you add a printed copy, its price and the shipping fee are shown in the total before payment and are paid with the same order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Refund policy

The digital book is a personalized product made for your child, so there are no refunds after payment. The exception for the digital copy is the express delivery fee: if you paid it and we missed its delivery time, we refund that fee. For the printed copy, you can withdraw your approval within the window shown in your order before preparation starts; after that window, contact our support team and we will help you.

Correction guarantee

We redraw any page you don't like, free, and if there is a clear problem on our side we redraw the whole book. You can make the request from the download page within 7 days of delivery. If you ordered a printed copy, editing the book pauses from your print approval until the printed copy arrives, and it is printed as you approved it; the correction period keeps running during that time.

Licence and use

We grant you a personal, non-commercial licence to use the book you receive and to print it for your family's use. All rights in the drawings, templates and trademark remain ours, and the book may not be resold or distributed commercially.

Prohibited use

You may not upload photos you do not have the right to use, use the service for any unlawful or abusive purpose, or attempt to copy or reverse-engineer the platform.

Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

We provide the service «as is». The quality of the drawing depends on how clear the photo you upload is, and we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware in the United States of America, and any disputes are heard before its competent courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; a change takes effect as soon as it is published on this page with the «Last updated» date at the top updated.
