How good are the drawings?
Every page is designed for your child and goes through an automatic quality check before delivery. If you don't like a page, we redraw it for free.
When do I get the book?
Within hours of payment. You get a message by email and on WhatsApp as soon as the book is ready.
Can I get a refund?
We redraw any page you don't like, free and with no argument, and if the problem is with the whole book we prepare it again. Because the book is made for your child there are no refunds after payment, but the correction guarantee covers you until you are happy.
How private is my child's photo?
We delete your child's photo automatically within 7 days and never use it for anything else.
How do I print the book?
The book is a print-ready PDF. Print it on A4 paper: the inside pages are black and white and the cover is in color. Thicker paper is nicer for coloring.
